Setting up a Parcelbox.net account is easy, you can then choose to Pay Per Delivery or as a Monthly Subscription.
Getting Your Delivery
- Enter your parcel details -Estimated size and delivery date.
- View the Parcelbox Stops in your area which can accept your delivery and check opening times and offers
- Book it! - Book the slot at the stop
- Send it! - Have your delivery sent to the address provied with your unique customer reference
- We'll send you a text and/or an email when it's arrived
- Collect it! - Go to the Parcelbox Stop and show them your ID
and give them your ParcelPasscode
- or
at participating stops you may now have the item delivered to you.

That's it! Your package is fully insured whilst at the parcelbox stop and can be picked up when it's suitable for you.
