Cuando tu paquete llegue al punto, te avisaremos por SMS o correo electrónico con un PIN. Solo tienes que acudir dentro del horario del comercio, mostrar ese PIN
¿Cuánto tiempo tengo para recoger mi paquete en un punto Parcel Box?
Dispones de un plazo de 15 días naturales desde la llegada del paquete. Si no lo recoges a tiempo, se devolverá automáticamente al remitente

Si, siempre que tenga el PIN enviado por SMS o correo electrónico
¿Cómo devuelvo un paquete en un punto ParcelBox?
Elige tu punto preferido para hacer tu devolución y lleva el paquete dentro del horario de apertura.
¿Qué horarios tienen los puntos ParcelBox?
Cada punto tiene su propio horario. Puedes consultar el mismo en nuestro buscador de puntos de la web.
¿Puedo cambiar el punto de recogida después de hacer el pedido?
No, una vez seleccionado no puede modificarse.
¿Cómo sabré que mi paquete está listo para recoger?
Recibirás una notificación por SMS y/o correo electrónico con la confirmación de llegada y el PIN de recogida.
¿Qué hago si no recibo el aviso de recogida?
Revisa la bandeja de spam o promociones. Si no lo encuentras, contacta con el servicio de atención del operador o con la tienda donde hiciste la compra, puede ser que el paquete no haya llegado aún al punto ParcelBox.

At Parcel Box, we reward good management: if you do your job well, you will always earn 0,30 € per parcel. Keeping up this remuneration is very easy: all you need is basic and regular parcel management.
How frequently are payments made?
Payments are made at the end of the month. Unlike our competitors (who pay after 60 days), we pay the following month after the fees are generated
